Meat Pancakes in Sour Cream Sauce
Hot frozen meat-filled pancakes served in a creamy sour cream sauce with onions — an easy and comforting dish for family lunch.
Ingredients
- ARIOLS Meat Pancakes 500 g
- Sour cream 200 g
- Onion 1 pcs
- Water 100 ml
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Method
- Chop the onion into small cubes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the onion until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- Add sour cream and water, stir until smooth.
- Place frozen pancakes in the sauce and bring to a boil.
- Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes until the pancakes are heated through.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, drizzled with sauce.
