Meat Pancakes in Sour Cream Sauce
A hot dish made with frozen meat pancakes in sour cream sauce served for family lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- Frozen Meat Pancakes ALEXANDER 900 g
- Sour cream 200 g
- Onion 1 pc
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Vegetable broth 200 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Method
- Pour oil into a frying pan and place the frozen pancakes, frying both sides on medium heat until golden brown
- Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them in a separate pan until soft
- Add sour cream and vegetable broth to the onion, stir well
- Transfer the cooked pancakes to the sauce and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste
- Serve hot directly from the pan onto plates
