Meat Pancakes in Sour Cream Sauce
Hot frozen meat pancakes ALEXANDER served with homemade sour cream sauce — a simple and hearty family dish.
Ingredients
- Frozen meat pancakes ALEXANDER 450 g
- Sour cream 200 g
- Onion 1 pcs
- Butter 50 g
- Meat broth 150 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Method
- Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in butter until golden brown.
- Lay the pancakes on a hot skillet and fry on both sides until golden, without fully thawing.
- Mix sour cream with warm meat broth, add salt and pepper.
- Transfer cooked pancakes to a plate and pour the sour cream sauce with onion over them.
- Serve hot, you can garnish with fresh parsley.
