Sweet Cottage Cheese Pancakes with Chocolate Sauce

Method

  1. Break dark chocolate into pieces and place in a saucepan with butter.
  2. Melt over low heat or in a double boiler, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Add milk and honey to the sauce and stir until uniform.
  4. Place pancakes on a plate and warm them in a microwave for 1-2 minutes or on a skillet.
  5. Pour warm chocolate sauce over the hot pancakes.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped nuts before serving.
