Hot chocolate with blueberry marshmallow

A warming drink made from milk and dark chocolate, served with melting blueberry marshmallow on top.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Break the chocolate into pieces.
  2. Warm the milk in a saucepan over medium heat, without letting it boil.
  3. Add the chocolate and sugar, stirring until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the hot chocolate into mugs.
  5. Drop 2-3 pieces of marshmallow into each mug.
  6. Let the marshmallow soften slightly and serve right away, sprinkled with cinnamon if desired.
