Method

  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces.
  2. Pour the milk into a saucepan and place over medium heat.
  3. Add the sugar and a pinch of salt, stir well.
  4. Add the chocolate once the milk starts to warm up.
  5. Whisk continuously until the chocolate is fully melted.
  6. Bring to a gentle simmer without letting it burn.
  7. Pour into cups and serve hot.
