Method

  1. Pour the milk into a saucepan and warm over medium heat
  2. Break the chocolate into pieces and add to the milk
  3. Add sugar and vanilla sugar, stirring until the chocolate melts
  4. Bring the drink to a gentle simmer without letting it boil
  5. Pour the hot chocolate into cups
  6. Top each cup with a few marshmallows
  7. Serve immediately while the marshmallows soften slightly
