Rye bread canapés with Krakow sausage
A quick appetizer people make for a festive table or for watching a match with friends.
Ingredients
- Krakow dry sausage 200 g
- rye bread 8 slices
- cream cheese 100 g
- pickled cucumber 2 pcs
- garlic 1 clove
- dill to taste
We add only what we sell. The rest is up to you.
Method
- Cut the bread into small squares or rounds
- Crush the garlic and mix it into the cream cheese
- Spread the cheese mixture on each piece of bread
- Slice the sausage thinly
- Top the bread with a slice of sausage and a thin piece of pickled cucumber
- Garnish each canapé with a sprig of dill
- Serve right away or cover and chill until serving
