Cranberry Tea Compote with MALWA and Fresh Apples

Ingredients

Method

  1. Boil water in a pot and add MALWA tea, steep for 5 minutes
  2. Slice apples into wedges and squeeze juice from lemon
  3. Strain the tea infusion and bring to a boil again
  4. Add sliced apples, sugar and cinnamon stick
  5. Simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes until apples are soft
  6. Cool the compote at room temperature and serve with ice
