Chicken Tabaka Wings with Vegetables

Crispy wings seasoned with special spices and baked with tomatoes and bell peppers for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings, then lay them out on a cutting board.
  2. Rub the wings with chicken tabaka seasoning, adding a little olive oil to create a paste.
  3. Slice the bell peppers and tomatoes into wide pieces, and cut the onion into rings.
  4. Spread the vegetables and garlic on the bottom of a baking dish, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the wings on top of the vegetables and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and give the wings an additional 5 minutes to form a crust.
  8. Serve the wings hot directly in the baking dish with the soft roasted vegetables.
