No-Bake Bonjour Cake

A soft layered cake for Sunday tea, made ahead and chilled to let the layers set.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Crush the cookies into crumbs
  2. Whip the sour cream with sugar until smooth
  3. Layer the cookie crumbs on the bottom of a dish
  4. Spread with the sour cream mixture
  5. Add a layer of sliced Bonjour marshmallow
  6. Repeat the layers, alternating cookies, cream, and marshmallow
  7. Dust with cocoa powder on top
  8. Refrigerate for 2 hours to let it set
