No-Bake Cake with Sweet Straw Sticks

A quick dessert with layers of biscuits and cream that is prepared without an oven for festive tables.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a water bath and add cocoa powder, sugar and water, stirring until smooth
  2. Finely crush half of the sweet straw sticks, leaving the other half whole
  3. Mix sour cream with condensed milk and add the crushed straw sticks
  4. Spread half of the cream in a cake form in an even layer
  5. Pour the cooled cocoa mixture over the cream
  6. Place the remaining cream on top
  7. Decorate with whole pieces of sweet straw sticks and chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
  8. Serve the sliced cake chilled
