No-Bake Cookie Cake with Boiled Condensed Milk

A quick no-bake homemade cake often whipped up for an afternoon cup of tea.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a double boiler and mix with the boiled condensed milk until smooth.
  2. Dip the cookies in milk on both sides and arrange them in a layer on a plate.
  3. Spread the layer with cream and keep stacking into a pyramid or log shape.
  4. Coat the finished cake with the remaining cream on all sides.
  5. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
  6. Chill the cake for at least 3 hours so it softens and soaks through.
