Curd bar trifle in a glass

A layered glass dessert made with shortbread cookies, sour cream and pieces of glazed curd bar, often served at family dinners or festive gatherings.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Break the cookies into small pieces with your hands
  2. Mix the sour cream with the powdered sugar until smooth
  3. Cut the curd bars into small cubes
  4. Spoon a layer of cookies into the glasses
  5. Spread a layer of sour cream mixture on top
  6. Add a layer of curd bar pieces and berries
  7. Repeat the layers until the glass is full
  8. Chill the dessert for 30 minutes before serving
