Strawberry cream parfait with marshmallow

A chilled layered dessert served in glasses, perfect for a holiday table or a kids' treat.

Method

  1. Crumble the cookies into large crumbs by hand
  2. Whisk the curd cheese with sour cream and powdered sugar until smooth
  3. Cut the strawberries into small pieces
  4. Cut the marshmallows in half
  5. Layer the cookie crumbs, curd mixture, strawberries and marshmallow halves in glasses
  6. Repeat the layers once more
  7. Chill the dessert for 30 minutes before serving
