Wafer Cake with Condensed Milk

A no-bake dessert that's often prepared ahead for a family celebration.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Boil the can of condensed milk in a pot of water for 2 hours (or use ready-made boiled condensed milk)
  2. Beat the softened butter with the condensed milk into a fluffy cream
  3. Stir chopped walnuts into the cream
  4. Spread cream over each wafer sheet and stack them together
  5. Coat the sides and top of the cake with the remaining cream
  6. Sprinkle the cake with wafer crumbs or cocoa
  7. Refrigerate the cake for at least 3 hours to let it soften
