Chocolate-Covered Marshmallow with Nuts

Festive marshmallow candies dipped in chocolate and coated with nuts or coconut, easy to make at home for tea time or as a gift.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Break the marshmallow in half and thread each piece onto a skewer.
  2. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  3. Chop the almonds and set out the shredded coconut in separate bowls.
  4. Dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
  5. Immediately roll the marshmallow in almonds or coconut, as you like.
  6. Arrange the finished candies on parchment paper and chill for 15 minutes until the chocolate sets.
