Marshmallow Trifle with Sour Cream and Cookies

A layered cold dessert made with marshmallow, shortbread cookies and a sour cream mixture, quick to prepare for tea time or a family dinner.

Method

  1. Cut the marshmallow into small pieces.
  2. Break the cookies into large chunks with your hands.
  3. Mix the sour cream with the sugar until smooth.
  4. Layer the cookies, marshmallow and sour cream mixture in glasses or serving bowls.
  5. Repeat the layers and top with the berries.
  6. Dust the dessert with cocoa powder and chill for 2 hours before serving.
