Passion Fruit Tea Jelly

A refreshing sweet jelly made with LOVARE tea, perfect for dessert on hot summer days.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Steep the tea sachets in hot water for 5 minutes
  2. Remove the sachets and stir sugar and honey into the tea
  3. Dissolve gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes
  4. Add the dissolved gelatin to the warm tea and mix well
  5. Pour in the lemon juice and stir again
  6. Divide the mixture into molds and refrigerate for 3 hours until fully set
  7. Check the consistency and serve chilled
