No-Bake Gingerbread Log Cake
An impressive no-bake cake made ahead for a family celebration.
Ingredients
- Prune gingerbread cookies "Dushevnye" 400 g
- Sour cream 300 g
- Powdered sugar 100 g
- Milk 150 ml
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
We add only what we sell. The rest is up to you.
Method
- Dip the gingerbread cookies in milk for a few seconds on each side.
- Whip the sour cream with powdered sugar until fluffy, setting some aside for coating.
- Arrange the cookies overlapping on plastic wrap and spread with cream.
- Roll the cookies into a tight log using the wrap.
- Coat the log with the remaining cream on all sides.
- Dust with cocoa powder and chill for 3-4 hours.
