Meat pancakes in creamy mushroom sauce
A tender skillet dish in creamy sauce, a great choice for a family dinner.
Ingredients
- Frozen pancakes with meat ALEXANDER 900 g
- Button mushrooms 300 g
- Cream 20% 200 ml
- Onion 1 pc
- Butter 30 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Method
- Thaw the pancakes at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Slice the mushrooms and finely dice the onion.
- Melt the butter in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the onion until translucent, then add the mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Place the pancakes in the sauce and heat through for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve the pancakes hot, drizzled with the sauce from the skillet.
