Meat Pancake Casserole
A hot casserole made with frozen meat pancakes is prepared as a main dish for lunch.
Ingredients
- Frozen Meat Pancakes ALEXANDER 900 g
- Milk 250 ml
- Eggs 3 pcs
- Hard cheese 150 g
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
We add only what we sell. The rest is up to you.
Method
- Mix milk, eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl, whisk well with a fork for uniformity
- Grate hard cheese on a fine grater into a separate dish
- Grease the bottom of a baking dish with butter
- Place the pancakes in the dish, then pour the milk and egg mixture over them
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown
- Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving
