Jelly from Lemonade and Peaches
A delicate fruit jelly based on carbonated lemonade «Zhivchik Pear» with peach — a cozy dessert with tea.
Ingredients
- Lemonade «Zhivchik Pear» 1 l
- Gelatin 30 g
- Canned peach 400 g
- Water 100 ml
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Citric acid 1/2 tsp

Method
- Pour gelatin with cold water and let it swell for 10 minutes
- Dissolve the swollen gelatin in a water bath, adding sugar and citric acid
- Cool the gelatin mixture to warm temperature, then gradually add the lemonade
- Dry the canned peaches on paper towel and cut into pieces
- Pour some gelatin mixture to the bottom of molds, add peaches, then fill with the remaining mixture
- Place the molds in the refrigerator for 4 hours until fully set
- Before serving, remove the jelly from the molds and cut into cubes, serve chilled
