We source Chun Mee from the Yellow Mountains of Eastern China, a region renowned for its small tea bushes and minimal leaf processing. This shows in the sweetish, faintly smoky notes characteristic of Chinese tea. This classic blend can be enjoyed at any time of day to restore strength and energy. In hot weather, tea tasters recommend drinking it chilled, with a couple of ice cubes and a slice of lemon, for a refreshing effect.
