Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic Oil
A cozy comfort dish for lunch: crispy appetiser or side dish made from potatoes with aromatic herbs and garlic.
Ingredients
- potatoes 800 g
- dried rosemary PRYMAT 2 tsp
- garlic 4 cloves
- olive oil 5 tbsp
- sea salt 1 tsp
- black pepper 0.5 tsp
- parmesan 50 g

Method
- Wash, peel and cut potatoes into 3x3 centimetre cubes.
- Crush the garlic and mix with olive oil together with rosemary.
- Arrange potatoes on a baking sheet and pour garlic oil over them.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, toss with your hands until evenly coated.
- Roast at 200°C for 40 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking.
- Five minutes before the end, sprinkle with grated parmesan.
- Roast for another 5 minutes until the cheese turns golden.
- Serve hot straight from the baking sheet.
