Potato bake with sausages and cheese

A hearty potato and sausage bake with a crispy cheese crust, perfect for a family dinner.

Ingredients

  • "Vienna" sausages 4 pcs
  • Potatoes 500 g
  • Sour cream 150 g
  • Hard cheese 100 g
  • Onion 1 pc
  • Egg 2 pcs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  2. Cut the sausages into rounds and the onion into half-rings.
  3. Layer the potatoes in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the sausages and onion on top.
  5. Whisk the eggs with sour cream and pour the mixture over the dish.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes until golden.
