Ingredients

Method

  1. Bring the water to a rolling boil and add salt.
  2. Carefully drop the khinkali in one by one so they don't stick together.
  3. Gently stir with a wooden spoon in a circular motion so they don't stick to the bottom.
  4. Cook for 8–10 minutes after they float to the surface, without covering the pot.
  5. Remove with a slotted spoon and let the excess water drain off.
  6. Place on a plate and drizzle with melted butter.
  7. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately, holding by the little knot.
