Chicken in Honey-Mustard Sauce
Baked chicken thighs in a sweet and tangy sauce, a hearty dinner for any day of the week.
Ingredients
- Buckwheat honey 3 tbsp
- Chicken thighs 800 g
- Dijon mustard 2 tbsp
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- Dried rosemary 1 tsp

Method
- Mix the honey, mustard, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Add the rosemary and vegetable oil, and mix the sauce thoroughly.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the sauce on all sides and let marinate for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Place the thighs on a parchment-lined tray, skin side up.
- Drizzle with the remaining sauce and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Check doneness by piercing the meat with a knife — the juices should run clear.
- Serve the chicken hot with the sauce from the pan.
