Napoleonka with Berry Mousse

A light and fresh layered dessert cup prepared in summer and for celebrations using seasonal berries.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Dissolve gelatin in warm water and let it swell for 5 minutes.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin in hot sour cream and cool to room temperature.
  3. Press raspberries and strawberries through a sieve, add half the sugar and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Gently mix the berry mousse with sour cream and gelatin to maintain airiness.
  5. Break the cake layers into cube-sized pieces and distribute them among serving cups.
  6. Fill the cups with mousse and cake pieces in layers, alternating mousse and cake.
  7. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours.
  8. Decorate with fresh mint and berries before serving.
