Panna Cotta with Ferma Cheese and Berries
A delicate Italian dessert served in special glasses for a festive table or special evening.
Ingredients
- Ferma glazed cheese with condensed milk 6 pcs
- Heavy cream 35% fat 300 ml
- Milk 100 ml
- Gelatin 10 g
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Fresh berries 200 g

Method
- Warm the milk and dissolve gelatin in it for 10 minutes, stirring constantly until completely dissolved
- Cut the Ferma cheeses into small pieces and place in a mixer bowl with cream, sugar and vanilla extract
- Whip the mixture on medium speed for 3 minutes until stiff peaks form
- Carefully pour the gelatin solution into the cream mixture and stir by hand with a rubber spatula until uniform
- Distribute the panna cotta into glasses or bowls and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours
- Before serving, garnish each portion with fresh berries and let rest for a few minutes before serving to guests
- Serve chilled in glasses, drizzle with berry syrup if desired
