Cheese Soup with Chicken and Processed Cheese
A hearty soup with a delicate melted-cheese flavor, often made for lunch during the colder months.
Ingredients
- "Yantarny" processed cheese 200 g
- Chicken breast 300 g
- Potatoes 3 pcs
- Carrot 1 pc
- Onion 1 pc
- Water 1.5 l
- Fresh dill 1 bunch
- Salt to taste

Method
- Boil the chicken breast in water until cooked, remove and shred it into pieces.
- Peel the potatoes and carrot, cut into cubes, and add to the broth.
- Finely chop the onion, fry until golden, and add to the soup.
- Cut the processed cheese into pieces and add to the boiling broth, stirring until melted.
- Return the chicken to the soup and salt to taste.
- Simmer for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle with dill before serving.
