Method

  1. Boil the pierogi in salted boiling water according to the package instructions, then drain.
  2. Dice the bacon and fry it in a pan until crispy.
  3. Add sliced onion to the bacon and cook until soft.
  4. Add the boiled pierogi to the pan with bacon and onion, gently stir and fry for a couple of minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot with sour cream.
