Method

  1. Boil the pasta until al dente and let it cool
  2. Peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut them into cubes
  3. Mix eggs, sour cream, boiled condensed milk, vanillin, and sugar into a uniform mixture
  4. Spread half of the pasta on the bottom of a baking dish
  5. Layer the apples on the pasta, then spread the remaining pasta
  6. Pour the cream mixture over the pasta so it soaks to the bottom
  7. Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes until golden brown
  8. Let cool slightly before serving
