Eggs in Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

Method

  1. Boil eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes until hard-boiled, then cool in cold water.
  2. Melt butter on low heat in a saucepan.
  3. Add French Mustard ROLESKI and sour cream, stir well.
  4. Gradually pour in water to create a liquid sauce, stirring constantly.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Peel cooled eggs and cut them in half.
  7. Arrange eggs on plates and pour hot mustard sauce over them.
