Baked Sausages with Potatoes and Cheese
A hearty potato and sausage bake with a cheesy crust, perfect for a family dinner.
Ingredients
- Smoked sausages 800 g
- Potatoes 6 pcs
- Onion 1 pc
- Sour cream 150 g
- Hard cheese 100 g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste

Method
- Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin rounds.
- Slice the onion into half-rings and finely chop the garlic.
- Cut the sausages into rounds about 1 cm thick.
- Layer the potatoes, onion and sausages in a baking dish, seasoning with salt.
- Mix the sour cream with garlic and pour it over the dish.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in an oven preheated to 190°C for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
